Portable Touchscreen Giveaway — Official Rules

Learn4Legacy free access and any complimentary trial are sufficient for the app-based entry method. Paid plan status does not create extra entries, improve odds, or receive preference in the drawing.

The Portable Touchscreen Family Giveaway is sponsored by Reese's Creative Creations - RCC™ LLC / Learn4Legacy™, Peoria, Illinois, United States.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and are a parent or legal guardian of at least one PreK–12 learner. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Sponsor, people directly involved in administering or judging the Giveaway, and members of their immediate households are not eligible to win.

The Giveaway begins when the official Learn4Legacy giveaway announcement is published on October 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on Wednesday, November 25, 2026. Entries received after the closing time are not eligible.

Learn4Legacy entry method: During the Giveaway Period, an eligible adult may create or use a free Learn4Legacy family account, add at least one learner profile, have a learner complete at least one learning activity, and complete the official Learn4Legacy giveaway entry form. No paid subscription is required.

Alternate free entry method: An eligible adult may enter without creating an account or completing an app activity by emailing support@learn4legacy.com during the Giveaway Period with the subject line “Portable Touchscreen Giveaway Entry” and including the entrant's full name, email address, state of residence, and a statement confirming that the entrant is age 18 or older and is a parent or legal guardian of a PreK–12 learner.

Limit one (1) entry per household total, regardless of entry method. Multiple student profiles, paid plans, extra usage days, or trial activities do not increase the number of entries in this promotion. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

Following the Learn4Legacy Facebook Page, liking a post, sharing a post, tagging friends, or sending the Giveaway to other people is appreciated but is not required to enter and does not create additional entries.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta. By entering, each entrant releases Facebook and Meta from responsibility arising from administration of this Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.

One (1) winner will receive one 22-inch touchscreen selected by the Sponsor. The prize is the 22-inch touchscreen demonstrated in the Sponsor's giveaway video, a smart display similar to a very large tablet. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize will not exceed $499 USD. The exact brand, configuration, included accessories, and portable form factor will be disclosed when the final prize model is confirmed.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Standard delivery within the eligible United States will be paid by the Sponsor. The winner is responsible for any taxes or other obligations imposed by law.

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will occur on or about Friday, November 27, 2026 (Black Friday). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The Sponsor intends to announce the verified winner on Black Friday after eligibility has been confirmed.

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or Learn4Legacy account information connected to the entry. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification and may be required to confirm eligibility, mailing information, and acceptance of the prize.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond on time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Learn4Legacy may announce the winner's first name and state of residence in connection with the Giveaway, unless prohibited by applicable law. No child's name, learner profile, schoolwork, photograph, or other student information will be publicly disclosed as part of the winner announcement without separate parent or guardian permission.

Information submitted for the Giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner, deliver the prize, prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, and meet legal obligations. Learn4Legacy account information remains subject to the Privacy Policy and Children & Student Privacy Notice.

An alternate-entry email does not enroll the entrant in a paid plan or automatically create a learner account.

The Sponsor may disqualify entries reasonably believed to be fraudulent, automated, manipulated, abusive, or inconsistent with these Official Rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries lost or delayed because of technical failures outside its reasonable control.

If fraud, technical failure, natural disaster, platform outage, legal restriction, or another event outside the Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the Giveaway, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the promotion as permitted by law while preserving fair treatment of eligible entries already received.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Rules limits rights that cannot legally be waived under the law of an entrant's state of residence.
